	Xavier DURAND-VIEL (Manager) began as a cash oilseed broker to the point of placing the company as a major player in this market. The structural change of this market led him to retain cash activity while developing the “futures desk” at Plantureux which he is now responsible.
	Paul BAUDRY specializes in option strategies associated with the risk management of our clients. The volatility of the markets for agricultural raw materials results in an increasing demand for this type of product and requires expertise in direct connection with the cash market.
	Thibaut GERARD help our clients, especially first hands in the sector through the monitoring and management of premium contracts combined with different hedging strategies.
	Fabien FOUILLARD after an experience as a Sales person on Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income markets for banks and international corporates in a trading room based in New York, USA, Fabien Fouillard is now in charge of developing the activity on sugar, coffee and cocoa markets (LIFFE, London, UK). Fabien meets the hedging needs of our customers on these markets through derivatives and option strategies.
